• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Prices are subject to change with notice

We offer a 15-day free trial for new users. Your paid subscription will begin automatically after the trial period unless you cancel.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Trade Gernal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your trading data and content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your data solely to provide our services to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription
• We may retain certain data as required by law
• Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Trade Gernal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The suitability of the Platform for your specific needs
• Trading success or profitability
